Incredibly moreish and whilst it will cellar well for 10+ years, I'd be surprised if ours lasted that long. Those smooth fruits and the long lasting taste on the palate are the backbone of a wine that in our opinion will comfortably outshine many of its more lauded premium competitors. Drinks perfectly with a sirloin steak or, better still an Aussie steak pie.
