There are very few winemakers who know the Clare Valley as intimately as Keeda Zilm. After more than a decade at O'Leary Walker — rising from cellar hand to head winemaker — and a further stint at Vickery crafting some of the region's most admired Rieslings, Keeda launched Miss Zilm Wines in 2019 to do something more personal: make wines that speak for themselves.

Small batches, minimal intervention, and an obsession with site. Keeda selects only the best parcels from Clare Valley growers she's worked with for years, and steps back to let the vineyards do the talking. The result is Pinot Gris— and occasional whites — of exceptional clarity and energy, with the structure to age gracefully or the freshness to enjoy tonight.

We were immediately struck by the precision and integrity in every bottle. Miss Zilm is one of the most exciting small producers in South Australia, and we're proud to be one of the few places in the UK where you can find her wines.
