Peerick’s flagship premium red wine, the Mang is a powerful blend of Merlot (43%), Cabernet Sauvignon (42%), Shiraz (10%), and Cabernet Franc (5%) - all carefully selected and sourced from their Warrenmang Vineyard (hence the name). Matured in the finest French and American Oak for 18 months. In limited release, this blend is only produced during the best vintages and is a true demonstration of the highest quality wine the vineyard can offer. Elegant, fruit forward, deep and rich in substance and flavour with notes of black currant, cherry, eucalypt, mint, and chocolate. Medium+ length. A real treat. A powerful food wine. This full-bodied wine is best paired with red meat and hearty fare. A delicious steak is the perfect complement. ABV 13.8%
