We were actually looking for a Fiano when we stumbled across this absolute gem of a Pinot Gris. We were smitten by the unmistakably Clare Valley balance of flavour and gentle minimality. Harvested in the cool of night and pressed at dawn, A cool year reflecting a fabulous vibrant pinot gris - perfect for a sunny day by the sea. Fresh lemon and lime hints leave you purring. ABV 12%
