The cool climate of the Australian Pyrenees and Michael O'Hara's huge winemaking skill are always in evident in this lighter, fabulous Shiraz. 20% whole bunch pressed it contains 2% Viognier. The wine has been matured in 15% new and 1-5 year old French oak. Layered, elegant, full bodied and fruit forward. Juicy vibrant dark stone fruit, black cherry, blackberry and raspberry with chocolate and touch of spice. Really silky tannins which we love in our wines at AV. Truly moreish. ABV 14.5%
