Fruit driven but extra, extra dry, with a long finish & lovely biscuit flavour you’d find in any classic vintage champagne. Not too heavy bodied, but very delicious! We loved the lip smacking dryness without any of the tart green flavours you can often get when fizz goes for a very dry "extra brut" style.
