When Ed came over in 2024 he brought with him some of the vintage Rose sparkling of his which were a huge hit at the dinner. The Vintage Rosé 2007 was the best wine on show that night. We secured a tiny amount of this, which is as rare as it is excellent. Scored a whopping 97 points at the Decanter fine wine awards in 2022, this is a really sophisticated wine. Ed's signature low dosage and creamy texture is perfectly balanced with the fruit, acidity, and tannins. Despite its age this wine is still showing beautifully and is drinking perfectly right now! This rosé is sophisticated and delicious, showcasing a fine, persistent bead with the added complexity of age. Another Master stroke from Ed! 12.5% ABV
