When Ed came over in 2024 he brought with him some of the vintage Rose sparkling of his which were a huge hit at the dinner. The Vintage Rosé 2014, with a low dosage and creamy texture is perfectly balanced with the fruit, acidity, and tannins. The wine still has bright fruits but also a long, lingering and complex finish.  This rosé is sophisticated and delicious, showcasing a fine, persistent bead with the added complexity of age. Another Master stroke from Ed! 13.5% ABV
