Nicknamed the 5-card trick, this wine probably shouldn’t work as a blend of 5 Italian varietals & yet it smashes it. Barbera, Montepulciano, Nebbiolo, Sagrantino & Sangiovese all in one blend sounds almost too much but the silky smooth Italian grapes just work so well. We loved this so much we couldn’t believe it wasn’t Italian and even more so at the price point we think it's a great weekday drinker with or without a bowl of Puttanesca!
