Auld Family Wilberforce Riesling 2021

Eden Valley Riesling has the bone dry freshness with light floral aromas coupled with hints of citrus on the nose. On the palate, there’s great depth, with notes of lime and clementine coming to the fore. The wine shows length & regional minerality, finishing with crisp Eden Valley acidity. The vineyards are located at the southern end of the valley, which means they were protected from much of the searing summer heat. The extra age on this wine gives it that bit more depth of flavour and just makes it the perfect tipple for spicy food! Drinks perfectly as a hot summer's day glass of wine in the garden with mates or with a bowl of seafood pasta. As with all rieslings this also pairs brilliantly with fresh asian salads or noodles! ABV 11%
