There are two common Molly Grenache's, one from the Barossa and one from Mclaren vale. The fruit from the McLaren vale though is of epic quality, coming from a seriously high end spot with some very esteemed wines coming from the very same spot. This version of the ever under-estimated Grenache has a slightly floral nose, but with masses of dark fruits like plum and the gorgeous delicate spices you get in the best Grenache. On the palate, the wine bursts with vibrant red fruit flavours, leaving a lingering impression of exceptional quality—true to its McLaren Vale roots. We could drink this with most things, but think pork belly, even better if its an asian spiced version of it! ABV 14%
