A glorious fruit-driven sauvignon blanc showing aromatics ranging from grassy, to mineral, to tropical. This vintage saw only stainless-steel fermentation, in order to keep its fresh character. It will be ideal for early drinking—within two years of the vintage. The wine has glorious depth but none of the lip-smacking over acidity you get in so many sauvignon blancs these days. The incredible Tasmanian ancient soils are evident in all the Moorilla wines bringing some fabulous rocky minimality that is hard to match! Delicious wine with super high-quality fruit! THE perfect accompaniment to a big plate of Burrata and Tomato! ABV 12.5%
