Redhead’s premium CabSav which is less a Bordeaux and more of an Aussie take on the Californian premium versions with fabulous depth of flavour but maintaining a real Aussie fruit led nose. Velvety fruits and a dreamy, lengthy tannic finish. This wins a lot of awards in Oz and it’s frankly very easy to see why. We'd drink this with a special meal - chateaubriand, beef wellington etc. Would also be a peach of a wine after Christmas lunch!
